In early May of 2017, my mom passed after being in a car accident. My world was shaken, and I had no idea what to do about her home and when it was decided on selling her home, how best to do it and to make things even more difficult I was experiencing issues with my siblings regarding the home. A friend recommended Becky Davidson and without casting any judgment towards me or my siblings she stepped in and assisted us in the selling of my mom’s home seamlessly all the while remaining respectful to all of us. When we finally told Becky, we were all in to selling the home she navigated flawlessly and kept us all abreast of every action involving the sale of the home. It was a great relief knowing that in my time of tremendous grief, someone was there representing my wishes and respectfully too I might add. My mom’s home was never listed for we didn’t need to. Becky showed the home to a potential buyer and after spending time in my mom’s home with Becky, a deal was struck, and the home was sold. It all happened very quickly. If anyone out there is looking for an incredible and insightful agent to either sell or assist in purchasing a home, it will behoove you to at the very least call Becky and meet with her. Without many options in my budget, the condo I wanted received 9 offers after the first showing. It was a battle. Higher offers, contingencies being removed and even an open offer to beat the highest bidder. Becky built a relationship with the seller’s out-of-town agent, found out where we needed to bid and what we needed to do to make the deal happen without paying any more that I needed to. Perfect! Throughout negotiating, putting in offers, financing, escrow and even post-sale (including a very thoughtful house-warming gift), she was extremely attentive, efficient and always available. I ended up getting exactly the property I wanted at a fair price and couldn’t be happier with my new condo. She is a hustler!

I can’t say enough great things about working with Becky. If you are buying or selling a house you will LOVE her! We met her when first looking at her own home she was selling and asked if she wouldn’t mind helping us find our first home. As a young couple new to LA we had no idea what we were doing except for where we wanted to end up.
