Without many options in my budget, the condo I wanted received 9 offers after the first showing. It was a battle. Higher offers, contingencies being removed and even an open offer to beat the highest bidder. Becky built a relationship with the seller’s out-of-town agent, found out where we needed to bid and what we needed to do to make the deal happen without paying any more that I needed to. Perfect! Throughout negotiating, putting in offers, financing, escrow and even post-sale (including a very thoughtful house-warming gift), she was extremely attentive, efficient and always available. I ended up getting exactly the property I wanted at a fair price and couldn’t be happier with my new condo. She is a hustler!

She was really organized in lining up places to view which matched our interests, and she advocated for us in the application process, guiding us in every step along the way. We recently used Becky to execute the sale of our condo in Manhattan Beach and purchase of our house in Hermosa Beach concurrently. We knew this would be a tough feat given the strong sellers market and competitive bidding process. As sellers, we found ourselves in a multiple offer situation above asking and better than our property’s comps within 5 days of listing. We believe this to be in part due to the investment in professional staging advice and a top notch photographer as well as strong marketing communication, negotiation, and strategy. As buyers, it was clear very early on that Becky not only knew the area, but individually streets well. Ultimately, she helped us get the first house we put an offer in on, beating out the other buyers much to our surprise. From our perspective as sellers, the escrow process was not smooth and proved to be a bit stressful (especially navigating a contingency timeline to buy our house at the same time), but Becky helped us keep calm and served as a strong advocate for us all the way to a successful close. Buying and selling at the same time with two escrows and two sets of contingency timelines can get complicated. Becky was not just knowledgeable and professional throughout the process, but was also pleasant to be around. With Becky you get experience, drive, commitment, and accessibility. We’d recommend her for both buyers and sellers.

I am 47 years old and have had my share of home selling and buying experiences so for me to go on record to say that Becky is the BEST means a lot! I first had an opportunity to work with Becky two years ago when I was relocated from Georgia to California with barely a month’s notice from my employer. I was a tough client because I needed to find a property right away and yet I was physically in Georgia and couldn’t look at the choices that Becky was finding. I could only be in LA for one day to look, make a decision, and sign a lease. Becky’s organizational and scheduling skills proved to be priceless when we somehow managed to visit six properties in one day! I don’t know how she does it but even though I was tired and cranky after spending the day looking at houses, she stayed upbeat and really pleasant to be with it. She has an unlimited positive energy that’s really a gift. With Becky’s persuasion skills and sense of urgency that she used to handle my situation, she was able to influence the other realtor to act fast and I was able to sign a lease before I left for the airport to go back to Georgia. You would think she would consider her work done after that. Nope! Becky is great at staying in touch and making sure that my daughter and I have what we needed. She helped me get the utilities connected, even offering to be there to meet the Verizon guy to get the house ready before we arrived from Georgia. And by the way, don’t let her looks fool you.
